Frequently asked questions
- How does renewal work?
- Your subscription renews automatically at the end of the period you chose, at the same price, until you cancel it: $4.99 every month · $11.99 every 3 months. You are charged on the same day, and you receive an invoice every time. Nothing is hidden and nothing is locked in.
- Can I cancel at any time?
- Yes, no commitment. Your access stays active until the end of the paid month.
- Do the free quizzes remain available?
- Absolutely. All free content (grammar, vocabulary, reading, level test) remains unlimited for everyone.
- Does it help me for the ECL exam?
- Yes — every explanation tells you why an answer is wrong (in French, English or Spanish), and the mock exam simulates real conditions.
